This means the products arrive with all tags attached, a sales receipt, and the dust bags/original packaging included, we do not endorse the sale of counterfeit items or replicas. We are in no way associated or linked to any brands we sell on our website, all products are sourced according to customer's requests Payment We are a Registered UK business so we accept a Safe and Secure Bank Transfer payment. This payment is Fully covered by (UK Consumer legislation Laws) so the payment is safe and refunds are always guaranteed if requested. We no longer accept PayPal payment, as a few months ago we had an incident where they froze the account that we were using to buy items, this meant we had to pause all business proceedings and cancel orders as we were unable to purchase new stock and pay for delivery fees. Delivery We operate on a next-day delivery service provided by DPD, this means once orders are placed and payment is confirmed, the order is immediately packaged by our stock room team and collected by one of our delivery drivers. We aim to ensure all orders placed before 11 pm are received the next day (If you are within the United Kingdom) Tracking Tracking information is also available for all orders! Once paid, you will receive an email from us that contains a link to directly track your item in real-time. This delivery service is extremely flexible as you can also change the delivery time, delivery address, and leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbor. A video created by our partner is available which describes the service in more detail Refunds Our business complies with UK consumer laws, this means if there is any issue with your order such as, incorrect size, quality not as described or your item not arriving then you are eligible for a full refund straight away. When an order is paid for the money is held in the account and can only be withdrawn once the customer receives the item and is happy with the purchase. This makes it very easy and fast to give customers money back in case of a refund. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for any reason please contact us and we will arrange for your item to be collected and swapped for the correct Size/Colour. Our delivery drivers often have stock on them meaning if they have the item you wish to exchange for, they will go to your chosen address and deliver the new item, you can then give them the original order once they arrive, this is always completed the same day the exchange is requested.
